Job Duties
- Prepare and cook scratch-made Texas favorite dishes according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with true hospitality
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in food prep and inventory management as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality meal preparation
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions or hazards
