Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in hot and damp environments
  • ability to wear protective hand coverings and masks throughout the shift
  • willingness to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
  • commitment to workplace safety and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • follow safety protocols including wearing protective gear
