Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Ability to successfully obtain a Food Handler's Certificate
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist team members
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform tasks requiring pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food preparation or kitchen role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
- Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during all food preparation
- Receive vendor deliveries as required
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and their preparation
- Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean, sanitize, and stock food preparation areas thoroughly
- Perform other back-of-house tasks as directed by the store manager
