Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • food handler certification as required by local laws acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to 4 hours
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
  • ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
  • ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work setting

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education
  • prefer some operations experience
  • knowledge of local/municipal food safety requirements
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • perform all back of house responsibilities
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • assist in inventory management and food preparation planning
