Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- food handler certification as required by local laws acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to 4 hours
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work setting

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- perform all back of house responsibilities
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- assist in inventory management and food preparation planning
