Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to effectively communicate with others
- committed to making an impact through hard work and teamwork
- ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in hot, damp environments
- capability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment advantageous
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow directions precisely
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
- communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- follow all health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear
- assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- monitor food inventory and report shortages
- contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
