Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Capacity to remain active and mobile for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and masks throughout shift
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Willingness to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Follow safety and health protocols including wearing protective gear
- Lift and move food supplies and equipment safely
- Manage food storage and inventory
- Ensure quality and presentation of dishes served
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
