Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • experience in food preparation or kitchen operations preferred
  • ability to obtain Food Handler certification at applicant's expense
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of local/municipal food safety requirements
  • ability to guide and train team members

  • capability to handle kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • prepare all dishes according to company recipes and standards
  • guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • perform all back of house responsibilities
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
