Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- experience in food preparation or kitchen operations preferred
- ability to obtain Food Handler certification at applicant's expense
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- effective communication skills
- ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- prepare all dishes according to company recipes and standards
- guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- perform all back of house responsibilities
- maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
