Job Duties

Prepare food products to meet temperature and quality standards
Develop and test recipes as directed
Complete all documentation related to production
Handle and prepare food in safe manner following HACCP standardized operating procedures
Follow employee health guidelines to prevent disease transmission
Follow procedures to prevent food contamination
Coordinate and communicate with all internal customers in all service areas
Sanitize equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedure
Take responsibility for self and others in work area
Contribute to a safe work environment
Demonstrate commitment to customers
