Job Requirements

May be required to stand for long periods of time

valid Texas Food Handler's Permit

Job Qualifications

Valid Texas Food Handler's Permit
excellent communication skills including clear and grammatically correct language
ability to work effectively with others in a positive and professional manner
experience in food service or hospitality preferred
basic understanding of food safety and preparation techniques
ability to identify problems and work quickly to find solutions

Job Duties

Properly use assigned food preparation equipment
follow all food handling protocols including avoiding time and temperature abuse
properly cook and temperature check food items
work efficiently to adequately serve guests
assemble menu items and serve to guests
provide excellent guest service
follow all health department requirements and maintain a clean working environment
