Job Requirements

  • relevant food safety certifications acquired at own expense
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen
  • ability to use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment

  • local food handler certification or equivalent

Job Duties

  • support creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • prepare all dishes following company recipes and standards
  • guide kitchen team and assist with training
  • perform all back of house responsibilities
  • maintain food safety and cleanliness
  • adapt to fast-paced kitchen environment
  • communicate effectively with team members
