Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with vaccination, daily screening, testing, and PPE requirements as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Experience working in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong cooking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
  • Passionate about creating exceptional food experiences and hospitality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing food service industry

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh and seasonal dishes from scratch
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Ensure timely and flawless execution of menu items
  • Engage with residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines including food handling and sanitation
  • Participate in training and growth opportunities to enhance culinary skills
