Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in hot and humid environments
- Ability to wear protective gear including hand coverings and masks throughout shift
- Must frequently wash hands using disinfecting soap
- Adherence to workplace health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or food preparation role is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Applebee's standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Follow health and safety regulations including proper use of protective gear
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Support team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
