Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively

Job Duties
- Set up your station and participate in prep
- Follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef
- Prepare and cook food items consistently to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Explore creativity in food presentation and recipe execution where appropriate
- Uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen
