Job Duties

  • Set up and stock the pasta station with all necessary supplies
  • Cook and finish pasta dishes following recipes and service standards
  • Prepare food for service (mise en place)
  • Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service
  • Follow kitchen procedures and daily instructions
  • Ensure dishes are served on time, consistently, and at high quality
  • Keep the station clean and properly store leftover food
  • Assist with inventory and stock rotation
  • Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with co-workers
