Job Description

Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work standing and moving for up to four hours at a time
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and damp kitchen environments
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to recipe and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines including frequent handwashing and use of protective gear
- Lift and handle food supplies and equipment safely up to 50 pounds
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, hot, and damp environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
