Job Requirements
- some high school education
- local/municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to reach across counters measured at 36 inches
- ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen conditions
Job Qualifications

- prefer some operations experience
- food safety knowledge
- ability to use Chinese cook knife
- effective verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
