Job Duties

  • prepares food for patients staff and visitors following safe cooking techniques
  • prepares food for multiple therapeutic diets following state and federal regulations
  • supports quality control measures such as recipe adherence
  • ensures food quality consistency
  • complies with healthcare food preparation laws and regulations
  • assists in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas
  • collaborates with healthcare staff to meet patient dietary needs
