Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required in Utah and Idaho
- ability to read and communicate in English
- able to work independently and collaboratively
- knowledge of safe food handling
- understanding of workflow and deadlines
- customer service skills preferred
- knowledge of modified diets preferred
- experience with commercial cooking equipment preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and instructions
- serve customers in various venues including catering and retail outlets
- maintain an organized and sanitary working environment
- ensure proper food production quantities with appropriate rotation
- deliver patient meals, cashier, stock inventory as needed
- operate automatic and manual ware-washing machines
- complete additional food production duties as assigned
