Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required in Utah and Idaho
ability to read and communicate in English
able to work independently and collaboratively
knowledge of safe food handling
understanding of workflow and deadlines
customer service skills preferred
knowledge of modified diets preferred
experience with commercial cooking equipment preferred
