Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- physical ability to stand and work for up to four hours at a time
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout shift
- ability to follow disinfectant cleaning protocols
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift

- previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to Applebee's standards
- collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure food safety and hygiene guidelines are strictly followed
- communicate clearly with staff and dining room employees
- assist in stock and inventory management when needed
