Job Duties

  • understand ticket procedures
  • use proper amounts of sauce and cheese according to company standards
  • prepare regular and deep dish pizza with correct ingredient portions
  • make specialty salads and sandwiches
  • perform oven tending, cutting, and redressing procedures
  • prepare and broast chicken following set procedures
  • complete daily cleaning duties
