Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cook with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Experience in using cutting tools, cooking utensils
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Experience in food production and preparation
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Ability to pass state or federally mandated food preparer and safety certifications within 90 days of hire

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Experience in using cutting tools and cooking utensils

  • Ability to read and interpret order tickets
  • Preferred experience as a head chef or sous chef
  • Preferred experience in a high-volume kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring that recipes are followed, are of high quality and meet our customers' expectations
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Follow established sanitation procedures
