Job Requirements

Some high school education
local or municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
ability to stand for up to four hours
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environment
effective verbal communication skills
ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
ability to use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment
