Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • local or municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environment
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • ability to use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment
  • physical stamina to reach across counters and remain standing
  • compliance with ADA workplace accommodation standards
