- Must complete ServSafe Food Handler training
- Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
- Must report to work when scheduled and on time with a positive attitude
- Must be attentive and possess good communication skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Basic mathematical, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage stress
- Must maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to engage in repetitive manual tasks
- No travel required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role beneficial
- Completion of ServSafe Food Handler training
- Basic mathematical, reading, and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills including ability to ask for clarification
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures

Job Duties
- Preparing high-quality food items using various cooking methods such as grilling, steaming, and frying
- Following company recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Coordinating food orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Meeting special customer requests while maintaining high-quality standards
- Setting up the kitchen before opening and prepping food
- Portioning food and stocking kitchen stations with necessary items
- Cleaning dishes, cookware, and utensils
- Restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas
- Checking in deliveries, labeling and dating food for freshness, and proper storage
- Disposing of grease and taking out trash
- Reporting to work on time in proper uniform
- Maintaining adherence to company policies
- Participating in required meetings
- Performing additional duties as directed by management
