Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends
  • Consistent physical activity including walking, bending, and lifting
  • Background check may be required
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to interpret written and oral instructions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion control
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen areas in compliance with health regulations
  • Operate POS system for order processing
  • Monitor and address safety hazards in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service
  • Assist in learning and rotating through different kitchen stations
