Job Requirements

  • some high school education
  • relevant food safety certification such as food handler certification acquired at applicant’s own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods and work in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic work conditions and manage difficult situations
  • compliance with local and municipal food safety standards

Job Duties

  • support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests

  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • performing all back of house responsibilities
  • adhering to food safety and local health regulations
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • collaborating with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
