Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a hot and damp environment
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocol including wearing protective equipment
- Must be committed to making an impact
- Ability to wash hands frequently throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and dining staff
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Handle food and kitchen equipment safely
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
