Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods up to four hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a hot and damp environment
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocol including wearing protective equipment
  • Must be committed to making an impact
  • Ability to wash hands frequently throughout shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team and dining staff
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
  • Handle food and kitchen equipment safely
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with inventory control and stock management
