Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking or culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work the 1st shift from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a food service setting desired
  • Culinary schooling or related training is a plus
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following executive chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist with kitchen prep including dish room duties
  • Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Ensure sanitation standards are maintained throughout the kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Maintain a positive and hospitality-driven attitude at all times
