Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work the 1st shift from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a food service setting desired
- Culinary schooling or related training is a plus
- Ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following executive chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist with kitchen prep including dish room duties
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Ensure sanitation standards are maintained throughout the kitchen
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Maintain a positive and hospitality-driven attitude at all times
