Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- willingness to work flexible schedules
- physical ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for periods up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- capability to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to follow health and safety standards including wearing protective face and hand coverings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or food preparation experience is an asset
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- commitment to adhering to health and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's quality and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food preparation
- follow health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear
- handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- contribute to a positive and productive work environment
