Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in related food service position preferred
- Food Handler's Card or Certification may be required according to local and state regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds, with the ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods
- Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent teamwork attitude

Job Duties
- Correctly prepare all foods served following standard recipes, working on several different orders simultaneously
- Restock food items and kitchen supplies
- Store and rotate food properly and safely
- Operate cooking equipment such as flat grills, char broiler, fryer, slicer
- Comply with personal safety, food safety, sanitation, hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards
- Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques
- Keep work area neat and clean, clean and maintain equipment, cooking surfaces, and utensils
