  • availability Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in cooking, catering, cold food and hot food preparation
  • line cook experience
  • knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
  • ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • proficiency in operating kitchen equipment
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in a kitchen environment
  • ability to work effectively in a team
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serves meals using correct portioning, ensuring food temperature and presentation standards
  • uses established ticket collection procedures during service
  • cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness
  • stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
  • keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment
  • assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering food and supplies
  • reports maintenance needs or accidents to supervisor
  • attends in-service and safety meetings
  • maintains good working relationships with coworkers and management
  • follows HACCP standards for food safety and proper presentation
  • practices safety protocols and uses protective gear as required
  • performs other duties as assigned
