Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and quality
  • must have good organizational skills
  • open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurant needs
  • ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for several hours
  • must be a team player
  • certification on specific equipment required after hiring

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in cooking or food production preferred
  • ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to work in varied schedules and hours
  • strong team player
  • certified on kitchen equipment such as Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler after hiring

Job Duties

  • receive and stock inventory
  • prepare, cook and assemble orders
  • keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
  • operate and maintain kitchen equipment
  • assist in food preparation such as salad, vegetable, and pastry prep
  • support team members and collaborate effectively
