Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- adherence to company and governmental sanitation policies
Job Qualifications

- prior cooking experience preferred but not required
- ability to learn and apply restaurant-specific terminology and procedures

- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- prepare and cook food products accurately and with minimal waste
- learn and apply IHOP-specialized galley terminology
- plate menu items according to company standards
- set up cooking equipment
- verify stock and inventory levels
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area following company sanitation standards
- perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor
