- active food handler's certification or ability to get it
- willing to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently
- able to be on feet for long periods of time
- able to lift at least 50 pounds

Job Duties
- assist culinary leadership team in food production and fabrication
- develop knowledge of various cooking procedures such as grill, sauté, and fry
- use knives and kitchen equipment proficiently
- read and recreate recipes accurately
- maintain consistency in food preparation
- minimize food waste through cross utilization
- prepare workstations with ingredients and cooking tools
- prepare ingredients including chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat
- keep the kitchen environment sanitized and orderly
- ensure proper storage of food and items
- maintain quality control of ingredients
