- Previous experience as a line cook or banquet cook
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Basic math and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with banquet event meal prep, setup, and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with the kitchen and event teams to ensure timely service
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain inventory and assist with stock rotation
