Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions
- Willingness to wear protective gear throughout shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands and follow sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with dining staff to fulfill orders promptly
