Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions
  • Willingness to wear protective gear throughout shift
  • Ability to frequently wash hands and follow sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with dining staff to fulfill orders promptly
