Job Requirements

  • Local or municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
  • Availability to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to work standing up to four hours
  • Ability to reach across 36-inch countertops
  • Must adapt to dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Must manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • Ability to operate Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education
  • Prefer some operations experience
  • Knowledge of food safety best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • Perform all back of house responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation
