Job Requirements
- Some high school
- prefer some operations experience
- food handler certification or equivalent local municipal requirements acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work in hot and noisy environments
- ability to use a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen tools safely

- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests

- managing inventory and food storage according to guidelines
- collaborating with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
