Job Requirements

  • Some high school
  • prefer some operations experience
  • food handler certification or equivalent local municipal requirements acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to work in hot and noisy environments
  • ability to use a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen tools safely

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • performing all back of house responsibilities
  • maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • managing inventory and food storage according to guidelines
  • collaborating with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
