Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitask
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season, and cook foods according to recipes, portion control, and specifications
- Inspect food preparation and service areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Replace or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
