Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitask
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook foods according to recipes, portion control, and specifications
  • Inspect food preparation and service areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Replace or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
