Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Physical stamina to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to work in hot and damp environments
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face masks and follow hygiene protocols throughout shifts
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or food service environment is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow health and safety protocols including proper use of cleaning supplies and protective gear
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as required
