Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Physical stamina to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face masks and follow hygiene protocols throughout shifts
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or food service environment is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow health and safety protocols including proper use of cleaning supplies and protective gear
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as required
- Provide excellent service by ensuring food quality and timely preparation
