Job Requirements
- High school grad or equiv preferred
- 1+ foodservice experience in a high volume culinary production capacity preferred
- knowledge of cooking methods required
- ability to communicate in English required
- knowledge about working in the food industry required
- ability to cook precisely and efficiently required
- basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- good oral communication skills required
- excellent customer service skills required
- ability to perform basic math functions required

Job Duties
- Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals by following culinary production records
- execute advance preparation tasks by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients
- maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment ensuring equipment and surfaces meet health standards
- record temperatures according to regulatory requirements
- manage inventory by sorting, labeling, dating, and rotating stock
- collaborate with managers and team members to meet operational goals and support efficient food service delivery
- perform other duties as assigned
