Job Requirements

Open availability for all shifts including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
eligibility to work full-time hours
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
basic food safety knowledge preferred
ability to follow health and safety guidelines

willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0 to 2 years of related culinary experience preferred
ability to read and follow recipes accurately
strong teamwork and communication skills
adaptability and reliability in a flexible work schedule
commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
customer service orientation

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
work collaboratively as a team player to reduce food waste
maintain a healthy and safe working environment
