Job Duties
- Follows and cooks all assigned standardized recipes for cafeteria and patient services
- participates on all meal service patient tray lines
- responsible for ensuring exemplary level of cleanliness and sanitation in the cook and tray line areas
- maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work
- will be considered an essential employee during weather/disaster emergencies
- essential employees are required to work during weather/disaster emergencies
- will participate in all departmental meetings
- will periodically work in other areas of the kitchen and cafeteria
