Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Meet state health requirements and maintain a valid Food Handler's Permit
- Any additional certifications required by state regulations

Job Duties
- Bring menus to life by preparing meals that are nutritious, appetizing, and beautifully presented
- Follow resident-specific dietary requirements, including special textures and liquid thicknesses
- Maintain top-notch food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards
- Keep the kitchen running smoothly by managing ingredients, supplies, and prep
- Supervise serving cart preparation and assist with meal service
- Store, label, and track food properly, including leftover logs
- Keep kitchen and prep areas clean and organized
- Resolve resident food concerns with care and professionalism
- Step in to supervise dining staff when the Culinary Experience Director or Sous Chef is unavailable
- Take pride in making every dining experience exceptional
