Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food to recipe standards
  • ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
  • assist cashier and packline operator
  • maintain cooking and preparation times for chicken and sides
  • keep cabinets stocked with fresh products
  • properly discard food waste
  • follow company procedures to prepare and fulfill orders
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work environment
  • wash dishes during slow periods
  • heat or cook side dishes and prep for the current or next day
