Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food to recipe standards
- ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- assist cashier and packline operator
- maintain cooking and preparation times for chicken and sides
- keep cabinets stocked with fresh products
- properly discard food waste
- follow company procedures to prepare and fulfill orders
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work environment
- wash dishes during slow periods
- heat or cook side dishes and prep for the current or next day
