Job Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of previous related experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role is beneficial but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
