Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt during busy periods

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities and portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busier periods
