Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cooking experience preferred but not required
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
