Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
- strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability

- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
- inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
