Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • basic cooking techniques knowledge
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to accommodate varying shifts
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
