Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities and portion controls
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment for compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
