Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities and portion control systems
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment for compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
